1. Returns

We do not accept any returns.

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at warranty@cwwoodcraft.com with detailed description with photos of the product and the defect. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY IF PACKAGING IS DAMAGED. The products must be inspected for damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Upon receipt of your email, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. Eligibility for replacement is fully the discretion of CW Woodcraft.

3. Exceptions

All items are custom built, therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, no exceptions.

4. Shipping

Do not return a product to us without first discussing Exceptions to our return policy.
